District Court 2B Offering Summer 2025 Amnesty Program.

The 2B District Court will be holding an Amnesty Program for delinquent cases. The program will be in effect for June, July, and August 2025 as a Summer Amnesty Program. The purpose is to encourage individuals with outstanding balances owed to the court to resolve them without incurring additional penalties. The program includes waivers of late fees, bench warrant fees, and show cause fees for those who qualify.

The program allows for individuals the opportunity to come forward, address past transgressions, and make a fresh start.

Mi-File For Electronic Filing and Serving of Documents for 2B District Court

Hillsdale 2B District Court is now an e-filing court which can process electronic filing and serving of documents online. It will not provide public access to court records.
